Funeral ceremonies

Most of the time an independent celebrant is appointed to a family by their chosen funeral director. 

If we have been put in touch by your funeral director then welcome to my page.  I am sorry that we are in touch during such difficult times but please be assured that I am here to offer you practical guidance and support to enable us to create a fitting tribute for your loved one.

If you have reached my page directly and feel that I am the right celebrant for you and your family, then please feel free to pass my details on to your funeral director and ask them to contact me. I  am more than happy to liaise with your chosen funeral director to make the process as easy as possible for you. I have a good working relationship with many local funeral directors.

If you are here and wanting to work with me independently then I will be more than happy to work with you. 

Loosing a loved one faces us with many challenges, emotional and practical.

My role, as an independent celebrant is to make the creation of the funeral tribute, as easy a process as possible.

We will talk, in your time, discussing your loved one, their life, their personality, their hobbies etc. 

You may know their wishes for their funeral. They may have discussed music, readings and so on. Or, you could be faced with the sudden, tragic loss of a loved one and have no idea where you should start.

My promise is that we will work together, step by step. 

I offer a sensitive, compassionate approach and I take great pride in creating unique tributes which truly reflect your loved ones character and beliefs.

Funeral Ceremonies

A one-to one meeting with me to chat about your loved one, their life history, personality, hobbies etc.
In person if within herts, beds  or bucks or via phone/zoom/teams if outside this area.

The creation of a bespoke funeral tribute including working with your funeral directors/crematorium regarding music required

An Order of Service template supplied to your funeral director or to you if family are organising

 unlimited revisions by phone and email.

Arrival 20 minutes before service

Delivery of ceremony

a printed  copy of your ceremony provided in a keepsake box
